I started designing websites from home in 2006 as a young mom, freelancing and helping friends and family get their businesses online. I didn’t have a marketing degree, but I fell in love with the combination of the tech & creativity that web design required.
After just designing websites- I knew that people needed those websites to GET FOUND… Otherwise- what was the point of the beautiful website? So I jumped into SEO strategies with curiosity, resourcefulness, and a deep commitment to figuring it out. There have been countless trial and erros along the way, but I kept refining my process. Then, after every single (there have been MANY) Google algorithm update, when websites were getting penalized and losing rankings, my websites were still visible, and climbing.
Oh yeah, and in 2025, when “AI killed SEO!” --- Guess what- my clients were getting recommended there too!
